To maintain the tranquility of our guesthouse and the quality of our service, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to the following house rules. These ensure that every "Gold" stay is a memorable one.
1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: From 14:00 PM. (Early arrivals may be accommodated upon prior request and availability).
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM. This allows us to maintain our high standards of cleanliness for the next arriving VIP.
2. Peace & Tranquility (The "Quiet Hours")
While we love the energy of the Upper Deck, we respect the rest of our residents. We observe quiet hours in the room corridors and garden areas from 22:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
Please keep television and music volumes at a level that does not disturb your neighbors.
3. Smoking Policy
For the health and comfort of all guests, all our rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Dedicated smoking areas are provided outdoors and on the Upper Deck. A cleaning fee may be applied to rooms where smoking has occurred.
4. Visitor Policy
To ensure the security of all residents, outside visitors are welcome at the Upper Deck Bar & Grill, but are not permitted in the guest rooms after 21:00 PM without prior management approval.
5. Secure Parking
Please park only in designated bays. While we provide 24-hour security and gated access, parking is at the owner's risk.
6. Respect for Property
We take great pride in our "Old-Fashioned" quality. We kindly ask that you treat the furniture, linens, and décor with care. Any significant damages will be billed to the guest's account.
7. The Upper Deck Connection
Guest House residents are encouraged to enjoy the Upper Deck! Please note that food and drinks from the bar should be settled at the bar unless a "Room Charge" arrangement has been per-authorized at reception.
